    Re: The Wolverine

Yep gotta agree the story was well done, the fight scenes were well done also. I thought the bullet train scene (all of the fight scenes actually) was going to bore me but actually they were all great. I wish we could get some more dismemberment but I think that's too wishful lol.

      Re: The Wolverine

Outside of Batman, I don't watch many super hero movies at all. But some friends and I were going to see a movie, they're all pretty big super hero guys and wanted to see it, and I didn't want to be "that guy" who wants to see a different movie than everyone else, haha.

I enjoyed it, though. Pretty good movie. Only thing: I felt like it was raining like 90% of the time. Seemed like every other scene he was standing out in the pouring rain, lol.

        Re: The Wolverine

As far as comic book movie story adaptations go, this is one of the best ones. Probably a little too weighty as a summer popcorn movie but I enjoyed it. Interested in seeing what they do with Days of Future Past/the Sentinels

Saw it today in 3D. Thought it was really good. The 3D was alright.

Saw it Saturday. Thought it was very good with solid casting and storyline. Felt like more like a thriller with action which was unexpected. I was impressed with how they seemed like they wanted to focus on making a good story rather than rely on a bunch of big staged scenes like most comic book flicks. I felt they abandoned that in the last 15 minutes but it wasn't bad enough to make me change my mind. Entertaining stuff imo.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

I saw this last night. I'm surprised nobody else has commented on it. I thought it was very well done.

The arrow scene was very cool. Don't want to spoil it for everyone, so when you see it you'll know what I'm talking about.
