It's good they didn't have another show. Taking away main characters from this show again would be too much.
You had Ward in season 1 now just a side villain, Tripp is dead, and then you take away 2 of the new main characters in this season...That'd just be too much change happening in this show over just 2 seasons.Comment

Season finale is tonight! 2 hours from 9-11pm!
Also, ABC released schedule for next season and looks like Agents of Shield is staying in the Tuesday 9pm timeslot.
Agent Carter is returning,but no idea if it'll be another mid-season gap show like it was this past year or not. I partially hope it's not. Cause show returns in September after 4+ month break inbetween seasons,then airs for 3 months before taking a 2.5 month break? Can't explain this finale....everything happened!
Every single character is now in a completely different position now than they were even at the start of this episode. Now waiting 4+ months for new season!?!?
Bobbi done with Shield? I'm guessing that stuff was filmed BEFORE the spinoff was pulled,so it was probably done in hopes that the moment would explain her gone from the show and onto the spinoff instead.
Speaking of Bobbi...that entire stuff with her and Ward was creepy. I think those scenes specifically is what changed the rating on the show. First time I can remember that the show was rated 14+ AND had violence warnings before returning from commercials. The second Ward set the gun, you knew something bad was gonna go down. Talk about a build up, knowing Hunter is gonna come in and save her,but that the gun was set to fire the second he did!
May, the stuff with Bobbi seems to have completely changed her. Calling her ex,and taking time off from shield?! Going back to the old May(before the stuff with the little girl)?!
FitzSimmons...just when it looked like things might really improve....What happened to Simmons?!?!
Coulson hand! Is it actually gonna be a permanent thing or what? Fury has an eyepatch, now will Coulsons thing be a sling?
And the big stuff...Skye and her parents. All that and now her mom is gone for good. Cal did exactly what he said he'd do(protect his daughter at all costs). Despite everything that happened in the episode,the ending was the saddest part. I honestly thought they were joking at the end. Like they were playing up that they didn't know each other. But it's actually true! Cal is gone for good and all that backstory on him and all that he tried to get his entire life...now forgotten about,and he doesn't even know his own daughter anymore!Comment

I thought it'd happen when Coulson,Fitz and Mack were all in that room. Coulson/Mack have alien stuff in them don't they? And doesn't Fitz have something in him after he got saved by Fury? If Coulson has alien stuff in him, but the crystal treated him just like it did any regular person, wonder what that means.
But Simmons is gonna change isn't she? Whatever that thing was, for sure will change her.Comment

Keep in mind even Skye and Raina had the stone treatment as well after exposure. You turn like that and if you're Inhuman, you break out of it. That'll be a huge question for us moving forward. What would have happened to Coulson had Mack not cut his hand off? Would that have been it for him? Would the alien in him been what brought him out?
And how could you leave out Ward looking like he may restart Hydra? At the very least he's going to have his own SHIELD like team? Next season is going to be very interesting. Gonna be a long wait.Comment
