First episode after the framework! Highlight obviously the Aida/Ophelia and Fitz stuff. Like people have been saying all season, the actress who plays her is real good. She acted out every emotion in a single episode! From happiest person on the planet to conflicted to angry to sad to love to anger again. All in one episode!

And I never realized how long regular May was actually out for. She doesn't even know how the Ghost Rider stuff ended! Feels like forever ago.

Sad part, next week is already the finale! Before the finale airs we'll probably get word on if Shield is back next season or not(ABC releases their next season schedule on Tuesday), but I really hope this isn't it. Second half of S4 has been one of best parts of the series.

Got away from this series prior to G.R. coming in. Was one show me and the wife would watch together. Even she agreed the acting and plot were getting cheesy. Now with the Inhumans becoming a show versus a movie, it falls in the "remains to be seen" category. This initial picture doesn't instill much hope in me. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Ya, great news for the show! If season 5 is its last, at least they can write it like that. Though hopefully it keeps on past just 5 seasons.

I'm sure they read all the reactions to everything and especially this season with the diff arcs and seeing exactly what fans like, maybe the success of the arcs will lead to a big change for S5.

But as slow as seasons start off, the positive is that it does lead to huge moments later on because of the slow build.

Shield returns following the 8 episode run of Inhumans this fall, which airs Fridays at 9pm.

The big news there is SHIELD will be in that time slot, moving from Tuesdays.

22 episode season confirmed also, if it wasn't already.

Friday at 9pm....what a horrible timeslot. Unfortunately though it makes sense. This is a huge DVR show(one of biggest jumps after DVR ratings I've seen of all shows on tv), so Friday night where it'd probably be DVRed anyway just falls in line with that.

Like I said though, I'm gonna be making up my own DVR TV schedule it looks like. Might just watch Shield on Tuesdays still so I'll have to avoid spoilers for 4 days!

And with season finale tonight, we'll have to wait 6 months for the next episode!

That was a confusing final scene of the show. Coulson is on some space prison? Or spaceship? Because he said "back to work".....

Nice season finale overall though. Mack losing his daughter all over again! Framework is gone forever. AIDA is dead. Shield now officially villains(to the rest of the world). Really didn't have a series finale feel to it(unless it ended right at that diner scene,then it'd be like Seinfeld, or The Sopranos lol), so it's good that this wasn't the series finale.

And that Simmons dying scene! I was confused the whole time. First I thought it was real Simmons, then I thought it was LMD Simmons(when AIDA was like "how dare you humanize her"), but then when she still killed Simmons and Fitz got upset I thought it really was Simmons, but in reality it was an LMD. My mistake watching The Flash right before this because on The Flash because the scene of AIDA holding Simmons reminded me of (Flash spoiler)

The scene with Savitar and Iris. Almost same position and everything too with similar way of death in mind

Hope S5 isn't the final season, but if it is, they better go all out, especially after seeing everyones reaction to the Agents of Hydra part and how much they loved it.

Unlike The Flash, AOS, this year for me was basically flawless. After what went down this season, they earned those 30 seconds of peace, lol.

Good news: Next season won't have any breaks
Bad news: Next season doesn't air until NEXT YEAR(January 2018!) so we'll have to wait 7+ months for next season!


S5 has to be drastically diff because I'm sure most would've forgotten how S4 ended if they don't watch it before S6 premiere.

But it could also mean ABC makes their decision on if there'll be a S6 before 2017 ends. If not, then they could really be writing S5 as the last. Just incase S5 is the end, I might just re-watch s1 during the fall.
