Looks like Shield is airing earlier than expected

Inhumans will be an 8 week show, and then Shield airs right after. Sounds like it'll have minimal breaks, so might just lead to an earlier season finale date. Only break is probably just gonna be the typical Christmas break and that's it. Though with such short notice, I wonder if we'll get a proper mid-season finale or if it'll just be a long break between December and Januarys episode.

I believe this puts the Shield premiere on the Friday after Thanksgiving, which would give it about 4-5 episodes before winter break if they do take one.

Inhumans premieres this Friday. Seems to be getting bad reviews online already(5.2/10 on IMDB and just 6% approval on Rotten Tomatoes). If this means more Agents of Shield, I'll take Inhumans tanking.

Given how bad the reviews have been, I'll probably just record it for now and sometime in October I'll watch it if reviews turn around on the show(and it doesn't get cancelled)

Based on all early reactions, it probably will get cancelled. It's an 8 episode run and I think they're airing the first 2 this week. Not to mention Shield is now airing late 2017 so maybe they're even anticipating Inhumans not airing all it's episodes, or just wanting Shield to go on as soon as possible after Inhumans is over to make people forget about it.

I read somewhere a day or two ago it was being axed, but dont quote me.

It kinda surprised me to see it was being cut but i didnt read into it.

I'll give Inhumans a chance as I like to see how a show is myself but all the negativity has me going in with low expectations for sure.

Technically they have aired it. I'm pretty sure it was shown in full in IMAX theaters before it was released on TVs. And if not in full then at least the first couple episodes.

I actually knew that but I meant that the general public hasn't even had a chance. I want to see it but I don't have time to see it at an IMAX theater. I just thought it was strange that it's already being thrown out as canceled before the mainstream audience can watch it.
