Big Brother 15 starts 2 weeks from tonight! June 26th 8/7c on CBS.

For you guys in the USA, BB After Dark has moved from Showtime to TV Guide Network this year.

The season has been confirmed to last 100 days.

Can't wait for this season to start. Hopefully they don't switch up the game like they did last season. The ONLY good thing to happen from the twist change last season was that Dan got to do all his crazy stuff, but aside from that, it lead to Boogie and Frank both getting voted out(if it wasn't for the twist change, Frank would've won the season and Boogie wins as coach)


After watching BB Canada, I'm more excited for BB USA than I ever have been, because BB Canada was THAT BAD lol. If you thought BB USA ever rigged stuff, BB Canada took that to a whole new level by rigging every possible thing they ever could(even stating rules I never thought were rules in HOH/Veto competitions such as not being able to communicate at all with anyone else during the competition).

THANKFULLY karma bite BB Canada producers big time by having the person BB Canada DIDN'T want to win, end up winning(due to the craziest mistake in the history of reality shows).


Will be interesting to see who are the people on this season, with the biggest cast ever, you never know what might happen. I just hope that if it is all new people, they don't suck. And if it contains returning people, it not only makes sense, but producers don't rig the game in their favor(like they did in BB13)

And sucks that Canada doesn't get live feeds this year. I guess BBUSA is punishing Canada for the horrible BB season.

^ Slice announced that there will be a second season of BB Canada. It was ok, but failed miserably in comparison to the US version. I just hope they have a different host. She was horrid.

She already said she's coming back!

Don't know if it was her idea, or the producers, but the bonus question for a HOH competition was about what she wore a few weeks ago...that was seriously the stupidest series of questions in the history of big brother. Proving that they WANTED a girl(or Gary) to win, cause there's 0 CHANCE the average guy would know the answer to that.

CASTING

• The cast will be all NEW houseguests
• Many houseguests are being recruited. Some are being recruited from The Amazing Race and Survivor casting
• No Survivor players will be on Big Brother 15, however some popular ones may visit the BB15 house in order to help promote Survivor 27
• There will be no more than 16 houseguests
• The majority of the houseguests will be in their 20s or early 30s
• Little ethnic diversity, but the cast has yet to be finalized
• The houseguests will be sequestered this week

TWISTS

• Some houseguests will enter the house with someone that they know, but a twist will cause "division and rivalry"
• Production doesn't care if finalists find out about the twist that involves some houseguests knowing each other (as opposed to the secret partners twist of BB6)
• An outcast/banishment twist in which houseguests will have the opportunity to earn their way back into the house after being evicted
• There will be some recognizable visitors throughout the season, but these visitors will not be "intruders" that will be there to play the game

HOUSE

• CBS is using the same studio, so there will be little change to the house aside from the theme
• The layout of the house remains similar to the past
• There is a white room consisting only of mirrors, bright lights and a TV monitor

This isn't a spoiler, but seems like finale will be on September 25th. Which would be the latest finale date since BB3.


My thoughts on the rumors for season:

I like that the cast will be all new..BUT....RECRUITMENTS!Most recruitments in BB and Survivor history have been HORRIBLE. An entire season of recruitments would be terrible for the show.

The little ethnic diversity is nothing new with BB, I just with they made it like Survivor where there was a season with lots of diversity(it was intended to be a season with ethnic division like the previous season was,but they didn't do it). It provided for lots of cool and unique characters.


The twist where houseguests can earn their way back in...sounds like Survivor Redemption Island. Also sounds alot like production rigging things so if someone they wanted to win gets voted out, they can have them back in the game(similar to BBCanada,except that relied on fan voting instead)

I won't mind visitors in the house, maybe like former players and stuff being the host of veto competitions(since Julie is only there for live show)

Using the same house sounds strange, since they were supposedly gonna be using a new house with HD cameras(which is why I thought they had all new livefeed stuff), but I guess BB will have to settle for being CBS only non HD show.

100 days in the house? Wow, that seems significantly longer than previous seasons.

Gonna be tough to top last season. Although I'm still annoyed Dan got black balled by his fellow house guests and didn't win. That **** was weak, I hate when people don't vote for the person that was clearly the best player.

Survivor starts on September 18th. So seems impossible for BB to have season finale on a Wednesday. I'm guessing the finale will be on a Sunday then
