How Should I Watch The Star Wars Collection?
I just want to start off by saying I haven't seen a Star Wars movie and I just never cared too much for it but the other day someone let me borrow the whole movie collection and I want to know what is the best way to watch it?

I would suggest Episodes IV, V, and VI. That is the way God intended it. -

Re: How Should I Watch The Star Wars Collection?
I never understood, what was so bad about 1 and 2? I didn't see any of the Star Wars movies until a few weeks before Episode 3 came out in theaters. I watched 4, 5, 6, then 1, 2 and saw Ep 3 at the movies. 1 was a little slow, but 2 was good, and 3 was phenomenal IMO.Comment

Re: How Should I Watch The Star Wars Collection?
I enjoyed the last half of episode 3. I'd say that being exposed to 4, 5, 6, first(remember seeing them in theaters when the "special edition" came out), the hype probably let me down the most. I've seen 3 twice, but haven't been back to 1 and 2.Comment

Step one, turn on TV.
Step two, turn on Blu/DVD player.
Step 3 Insert Movies
Step 4 Profit.Comment

I still haven't seen them, and my friend suggested to watch them like IV, V, II, III, then VI. I posted about that here once before, and people say to just watch them regularly.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Oh and when watching the first movie just fast foward through Jar Jar Binks.
That'll keep your sanity intact. Apparently Lucas wanted to make Jar Jar a big part of the prequel trilogy but the backlash after the first movie made him shelve that idea.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Wow, such a rare species you are!
As everyone has said, the 11th commandment is "Thou shall watch the Original Star Wars Trilogy before thou watcheth the Prequel Trilogy." Now if the surprise hasn't been spoiled for you -- which I doubt, because it's simply ingrained in pop culture now -- then I will be even more amazed.Comment
