Just watched this weeks episode.

Holy ****** ****. Didn't see that coming.

As much as people seem to think the show has declined some, I am loving this season. I expected that the pace would pick up with the show being in the homestretch so to speak, but there have been some major happenings these last few weeks, and I for one have enjoyed the hell out of it.

I also think this season is going to end very, very badly for Galen.

I get the weird feeling from facial expressions that the Irish Kings see him as sort of a loose cannon, even by their own standards.

Also, this episode had an older SoA feel to it. It felt like I was watching something from Season 1 or 2.

It was the music. The opening and closing of the episode had music that reminded me of Season 1.

I agree about the throwback feel. The whole Eden police scenario seemed like a season 1 situation.

I'm looking for another series on which to binge. I started watching this in season 1, but it didn't hook me like I thought. Is the consensus that it improved over time?
