I never thought I would see a series finale that measured up to Six Feet Under's finale, but that finale just equaled if not surpassed it. It was perfect.

Just amazing. Mad Men is the only show close to this and I doubt that will have a finale like this.

He was obviously going to attack the Aryan's, but the Lydia thing blew my mind. I didn't even think of that.

Agreed with the consensus, finale was brilliant.

Perfect ending to an amazing show.

Okay, that was simply fantastic. I guess we were ALL wrong about how he would handle Gretchen and Elliot. He didn't kill them, nor did he really spare them either. Not only did he use them to fulfill his goal of getting his money to his family, but they are also going to be living in fear for the rest of their lives. That can be a fate worse than death in some cases, this being one of them.

The final scene with Walt and Skylar was absolutely brilliant. Not overly sentimental or over the top, but just right considering the situation. Him watching Walt Jr. get off the bus and walking into the house was so sad, knowing the last time he ever sees his son that his son will never even know he was there, especially after the last conversation they had just days earlier.

The one and ONLY thing I can think of as a sort of plot hole or loose end that wasn't tied up was Jesse's confession tape. It was cool that he got away alive (even though he's broke and back at square one) but you would have to think that the DEA is going to scour the nazi's compound from top to bottom and find that confession tape that Jesse made. If so, he didn't really get away at all since he confesses to many terrible things on there, including murdering Gale. That is the one and only thing I didn't like.

As a whole though, I cannot praise this episode in terms of a series finale enough. I have been watching from the tail end of the first season and even have a Heisenberg tattoo on my arm and I am not disappointed in the least. From the Pilot all the way to Felina, this is the best drama series of all-time and it's going to be incredibly difficult to top. Sunday nights will never be the same again.
