What is up with this service? I'm not much of a music DL'er, but how long is this supposed to take? I thought most DL services make the product immediately available once they have your coin.

I've always gotten my stuff immediately. Did you download the Amazon MP3 download tool thing they have? It's not required, but it makes tracking it easier IMO. -
