Though when Lily was looking for a new friend for Robin, I thought she was gonna stumble into the mother, unfortunately she didn't.

It's 2 early episodes out of 22 or 23. Not that big of a deal IMO.

I know it's 2/22-23 so far but still...In the only season she'll even be there, you'd think they'd have alot more involving her.

You have to remember that these 20 or so episodes are over 2 days, so they actually take place in a short time frame (or supposed to at least). She's not always going to be in the same place. Not to mention, if she was in every episode, every character would meet her like 4 times over before Ted finally met her.

My theory is that she's not even staying at the same hotel so we probably won't see her again until the reception. The guy at the front desk suggested Ted stay at one of the less nice hotels since he's alone... I imagine she is doing that herself.

Exactly. She's in the band playing the wedding so there's really no point in her being at the hotel the family is staying at.

There may be setup rehearsals or stuff like that, who knows...I'm sure they'll mix things up. Somehow end up at a small bar in town? I trust in the creators enough to make it worthwhile.

Don't go off episode numbers, go off dates. There was a three week break last year in October. This year there is not. There are your two extra episodes. Two years ago, they didn't show one Thanksgiving week (this year they do) and they finished in early December, not mid-December like last year.
