Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
Just saw it and have to agree, damn this was really good. Best DC animated movie by far for me. Loved every minute of it...little irony...Spoilerthat two of the less favorable Justice League characters in Wonder Women and Aquaman were two of the most bad *** characters in this one and both being "bad". When Wonder Women first hung that dude with her lasso I was like damn! There were many other moments but this one was like wow!Last edited by Sinner; 07-28-2013, 12:47 AM.-= Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.=- Edward Murphy -
Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
So thanks to this thread I checked out Rerurns, it was pretty good and tried to keep the grittiness of the book as much as it could.
I'm about to watch this one.
Ay others y'all can recommend to me? I'm not familiar with the animation scene. Thanks for any input"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Also check out Justice League Doom. I enjoyed that one its an adaptation of Justice League Tower of Babel.
Also enjoyed the Public Enemies with Batman and Superman. Honestly check out all them. From what I've seen they are all pretty well done.

Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
SpoilerIf you watch the film and see when Martha holds Bruce's blood against her face she kind of snaps and starts laughing hysterically that's a nod to the comics where she's the joker.Comment

Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
SpoilerYeah that was crazy, wish we could have seen a little something of her as the Joker, maybe its been the history of hearing Harlequin say "him" but I thought that's what she said when Thomas Wayne Batman was fighting her. Then saw the flash back and another damn moment lol
also question to those who have seen itSpoilerdid the atlernate world Superman kinda remind anybody of Marvels Sentry? Obviously really powerful but not all there mentally, also liked that fact that he looked alien in his form, real skinny and big headLast edited by Sinner; 07-28-2013, 05:50 PM.-= Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.=- Edward MurphyComment

Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
I never knew half these movies existed. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I checked out the entire DC catalog, think there wre like 15 or 18 titles or something like that. I picked up the ones I haven't seen before, 9 or 10 of em.
Watched JL: New Frontier last night, was pretty impressed. I expected it just to be a regular cartoon but an hour long. Liked the mature content. The "golden age" setting was cool too.
Gonna spend the next couple days watchin the rest, thanks"Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."

Re: Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox
I never read whatever storyline Flashpoint Paradox is based on but now I want to, because that was cool as hell. I saw characters in that movie I never expected to, was an awesome ride.
Just watched Emerald Knights, it was OK. Gonna watch the Superman/Batman ones now."Successful people do not celebrate in the adversity or misfortune of others."
