Yep, this was another fantastic episode.

Not only did Cavanaugh direct this one, but he played about 5 different versions of himself.

So many great callbacks, and that scene from the future? Crazy.

They kept making the plan seem so simple, I knew at least one thing would go wrong. I didn't expect something at every stop lol.

Although I do have one question about the end of the episode.

Why was Thawne still looking like Wells in 2049? Wouldn't he just be Thawne?

Yep, this was another fantastic episode.

I am sure this will play out over the course of the season, but why exactly is Thawne in 2049? He is supposed to be from thousand of years in the future. Maybe Nora captured him in 2049 (which is saying a lot since he bested Barry so many times) or maybe Barry captured him again before he went missing. And why did his hair start to look gray, another mystery.

Just this whole episode was outstanding and I feel like this season is continuing to get better and add more to the story line. It'll be interesting to see what the truth is about Nora being in the past and what exactly she is doing with Thawne.

It could be anything... time travel... easy, cheap way for the writers to do whatever they want.

Nora has been shady the whole time. So something else is there. Gideon was saying 5th recruit of the legion of ... before Barry stopped her. Probably Superheros, but could have been Doom or whatever they were called with Thawne.

My guess, he wanted to change time, she knows this and is using him to help her. She wants to save Barry and this may save him from something that happens after Barry disappeared and he was put in prison.

Wasn't he older after the last time in Earth X crossover? Maybe this is a reformed end of life version? Time wraiths catching up to him?

They basically made an unkillable villain.

First crossover scene finished. Some comedy, some interesting parts and mystery, can't wait to see it continue tonight

Flash part of crossover was least confusing to me lol. Was cool seeing them swap identities and powers. Barry finally gets revenge on Oliver. I wanna see a real team Flash VS team Arrow battle one day. There really could be a 2 episode crossover devoted to it. Similar style to Captain America Civil War.

Any guesses on Crisis on Infinite Earths? Does someone die? Go missing?

It'll be interesting to see how they handle Crisis on Infinite Earths. The way it ends is intriguing to how the Arrowverse will function after that crossover. If you haven't read it, I would suggest reading it when you get a chance.

I guess it just depends on how much they deviate from the actual comic and how much they want to keep. It looks like they will keep (ill spoiler this for people who haven't seen the cross over yet)

It'll be interesting to see how they handle Crisis on Infinite Earths. The way it ends is intriguing to how the Arrowverse will function after that crossover. If you haven't read it, I would suggest reading it when you get a chance.

Are they leaning on combining Supergirl's universe and Arrowverse? That would give them a good excuse to stop the prejudice against alien plots that dominates the Girl Of Steel's series.

Also, you would have more "World's Finest" moments given that the heroines wouldn't be worlds apart.

EDIT: Also, having not watched the show, I had no idea that was the exact same farm and theme song from Smallville. That was pretty cool.

Apparently Rick Cosnett, the guy that played Eddie Thawne, was originally cast to play Jay Garrick in the pilot, but they changed their minds and made him Eddie.

Reverse Flash is Eobard Thawn played by Tom Cavanaugh. Unless they're doing something really weird, but I don't think so...I think it's just that Eobard's still alive somehow

Well yeah obviously. I was replying to JayBee asking if Sherloque was actually Thawne in disguise, which I said he's not. There's been one Thawne this entire time, one version of which died when Eddie killed himself. But due to time remnants, or time travel, or Flashpoint, or whatever, he himself isn't dead. Which we saw at the end of Episode 100.

A lot of confusion would be cleared up if Matt Letscher comes back when he's done with Narcos.
