Great episode last night! I was disappointed in the first 20 minutes or so, but man did it get intense!! Really looking forward to what happens for the rest of the season now that the sickness seems to be behind them.

Carl was pretty badass last night! I hope they let him do his thing now and Rick stops trying to protect him so much. The only reason I've disliked Carl is because it seems like his only dialogue is so annoying, along the lines of: "I'm not a kid! Let me help!"

If they let him be a real part of the group, I would really like his character!

When the girl was baiting the zombie down the hall I was so excited to see her kill a zombie then as If on cue stereotypically she falls. At this point I was thinking "well dang at least you had a great plan leading it away from Glen". Nope she was talking to it hoping it would listen.

Think that was a turning point for her as well. Finally realizing that zombies aren't still human at all. The whole thing with the boot in the blood though...

I just watched season 1 again to see the evolution from then to now and I'm so happy it's season 4. Season 1 was so cheesy or corny or whatever. They did Shane so wrong

The Walking Dead of Awesome.

What a tension filled episode! From Herschel to Glenn to Sasha then seeing the **** with the fence with Rick and Carl and they cleaning house.

Best episode of the season thus far, and most probably one of the top 5 episodes of the show. I'm also really liking how self-contained the past two episodes have been. It really tightens up the storytelling.

RE: Maggie shooting the walker with the tube. It looked to me like when Herschel told her not to shoot, she took her time to aim closer to the head and not damage the tube.

So does last night confirm that the Governor was the one feeding the rats to the zombies?

I have a feeling that the Governor will find Carol and hold her up as a hostage.

I keep imagining him coming up on Daryl and Michonne somewhere, holding up Carol's head and coolly and completely innocently asking, "Did you guys lose something?" That would be just all kinds of wicked for me.

I guess I am the only one who was a bit disappointed to see the governor back. I know he has to get his comeuppance still, but I just feel like his character is cliched and played out now.

Ideally, he would have been killed off at the end of Season 3, but he wasn't. I would much rather have him as the main non-zombie threat than the flu that makes you choke on your own blood though, so I'm glad he's back.

And on second thought, I can't really explain how Glenn survived the illness. What kind of drugs did Daryl and Michonne bring back that prevented him from choking on his own blood? Other than that, it was a great episode.

I think some of you guys are going too hard on the flu storyline. They gotta come up with something fresh after all this time. Im glad it only lasted 5 or so episodes though. This past week's episode was stellar (although I wasnt too excited about the Army of Two moment there).

Im glad to see the Governor come back. He still needs to die on camera.

Getting the breathing tube down his throat kept him from choking on his own blood. The medicine was for the virus.

Lets combine SOA and Walking dead. I wanna see some Biker zombies. A jax Teller cameo as a zombie would be cool
