Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
Who else was waiting for the pig to reanimate? I know I was.
Has the virus mutated? Is it in the water? Is it affecting the animals, which in turn affects the people who eat said animals???
So many questions...Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
And if it affects the meat of the animals, will the water the kid coughed on now affect the crops if they water them with it?
So many ways that they can all be screwed right now.

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
I think the water that he coughed on was isolated to the shower. It seemed to be a barrel system fitted with a pump to put the water under pressure. They are clearly advanced since last season but I doubt they would have time to rig up indoor plumbing.
I agree I think the sickness is something completely different than the zombie infection. That's why they made it a point to show the pig dying. The zombie virus doesn't affect animals so the pig dying must signify something else. They also made many other hints about too many new people being brought into camp. With increased population comes increase in likelihood of disease. The way the kid died it has to be something like an Ebola virus or some kind of plague.
I was hoping they wouldn't go the deadly virus route. When I heard they were introducing a new more dangerous threat I thought that might be the route they went, but it feels too easy. It's just going to create a constant false tension because there isn't any way for them to combat it and it's just going to be hanging out there. I really hope they don't take the easy way out and chose to make the majority of the season about the group instituting a quarantine system and use the distrust of segregating group members as the main obstacle of this season.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
But the whole thing was just to try and stress Rick's movement away from violence. The graphic novel has more opportunities to stress how resolved Rick's character is against aggression but amc is having to get there quicker, part of why they repeatedly showed how anti gun he wants to be.Comment

I think it's sad that Deangelo still hasn't properly dealt with what happened to Wallace.[NYK|DAL|VT]

I really liked this episode after feeling that most of season 3 was pretty meh. But jeeze, the CGI in the grocery store was absolutely awful.Kansas City Royals | FC Barcelona | New Orleans Pelicans

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
I think it would have been much better (and by better I mean believable) if there had only been one hole and all of the zombies came through there. The random falling through holes everywhere was one of the worst things I've seen in TWD or any show for that matter. All I could do was SMH.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

The whole scene was pretty awful.

SpoilerWhere the copter was...if that fell through....and they started streaming/falling down from there...fine.
......large spaced occupancies do often employ a truss roof system that when one section fails...the entire roof often does..so it would have fit. But not one spot after another like that.
