Oh, Carl! You're a funny man!
Getting your shoe stolen by a Walker; getting beat by a door... Yeah, you win alright!
How old is Carl, exactly? Clearly, he needs some strength training because he kept falling on his ***. Plus, needs more composure when the Walker is within 5 feet. Dude went from being a straight-shot to firing like a Stormtrooper.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
But, if a kid acted like Carl has in a real zombie apocalypse, he would've been dead a long time ago. He's reckless and sloppy.. not a bad ***.
Darryl is a bad *** because he knows exactly what he's doing and he respects the threat. Carl doesn't respect the walkers and how they can overwhelm him, which is why he keeps getting himself in situations where he's taken by surprise.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
I enjoyed the episode. I thought the Michonne stuff was great. My biggest gripe with her from Season 2 was that she wasn't human enough. Now we finally got to see why she was so guarded. Regarding the dream sequence of course it was weird, just like every other show that I have watched that had a dream sequence. Dreams are supposed to be weird.
Carl was annoying, but honestly there was some nice character development for him as well. He's had all the anger built up for a long time and he finally had enough. Misguided or not he blames Rick for the deaths of his loved ones and them losing the prison. For whatever reason he thought that he had all the answers and could make it on his own. Then as soon as he failed he went running back to Daddy. That's not unlike most teenagers (and even some adults) nowadays. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
This had me laughing
The episode was what I expected. A little on the slow side but plenty of more episodes to come for this season. I did enjoy getting a little background on Michonne . Great perspective on her past.
As others have mentioned already, Im also starting to not be a fan of Carl. Part of me was hoping he would be done in by one of the walkers but figured it was too early in the season for something like that.
It was kind of hard to watch Rick and his crooked leg and one eye at the beginning. The governor sure did mess him up. All in all, this episode was what I expected. Am looking forward to the rest of the season.PSN: ckarlic

Carl's soliloquy was basically the definition of overacting.I write things on the Internet.

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
Also, this might be an unpopular opinion, but here goes: I think Carl's actor gets way too much hate.
Whiny teenagers who try to act like adults are annoying. I think the actor is playing his role just fine.University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
I also have a theory of what might have happened to Judith...
Spoiler
What if the governor's lady friend Lilly and her sister picked her up? Wouldn't be surprised to see them down the road in an episode with Judith as a little girl.
