    FOX HD Lite

What is with the terrible supposed HD signal on the national baseball and college football broadcasts. When the NFL is on there is no problem. Today, the Sox v Yanks then Ohio St v Cal games were terrible, and its been ongoing all year.

The NFL games on Fox by far look worse than the other stations too.

Now granted it was on an SD feed but I watched the Bills game yesterday on FOX and it was HORRIBLE the picture kept breaking up. I didn't notice that one of the Canadian channels was simulcasting the game til after halftime and the feed was a LOT better on there.

I had Fox and CBS on side-by-side yesterday and I don't see the huge drop in quality you guys see. There is a difference as Fox uses 720p and CBS uses 1080i, but there was only a minor drop. DirecTV btw. I've noticed ABC also looks similarly inferior to TNT during basketball season. Still not the horrible quality you guys are talking about, but it is noticeable.

There are too many variables that vould make your picture bad. I watch on directv and its no difference, they get the feeds directly. Your station can broadcast other subchannels, more compression, etc. Your tv could also be trying to up convert the 720 signal which will make it look worse.

I have noticed that HD on BrightHouse Networks is much worse then it is on DirecTV.
