Finally got caught up. I have no idea where this show is going, but I like it.

Re: The Blacklist
Yeah, this show started out pretty hot and keeps dialing up the intensity week after week...
I spent the majority of this last one standing in front of the TV like it was OT of a NFL Playoff or something...

Re: The Blacklist
This show is too good... perhaps in a bad way. If there is all this stuff now, what will they reserve for future seasons?
It's not a real complaint, it's just that the writing is so strong I hope it can stay that way for a long, long time. Not too much overdevelopment of everything too soon is all... unless they know exactly where they want to go.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Throw in a little bit of Panic Room, too.

Re: The Blacklist
I was actually going to use that as an example, though. Unless the show's formula has evolved (please don't tell me either way), it has remained the same. That is perfect! Yes, they have opened their private sector to a few more people, but they aren't breaking ground every episode. And that is a good thing.
I hope both shows last at least five seasons, and they never grow tiresome. This show can use a "rest" without somebody being somebody's relative, somebody being a mole, or somebody being near death... if that makes sense. It's a great show, but let's stretch that out for years!Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: The Blacklist
I watch Person of Interest... with my dad who works graveyard shifts all the time so we haven't seen a single episode yet this season. All nine remain unwatched on the DVR.

This season IMO has been the best-= Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.=- Edward MurphyComment

I'm pretty sure calling the next show Fall Finale is a cliffhanger of sorts. Once the new season settles in, I'm sure we will go back to the Blacklist.
I immediately thought of Die Hard with the bare feet, but kept thinking that train of thought because it seemed like Agent Keene and the IT guy vs the bad guys, especially when she said, we are the back-up.
Yippy-Kay-Yay.......................
PS- Another Die Hard reference. The last episode, with her adopted father killed by Red, the adopted father was played by William Sadler, the main villain in Die Hard 2.
Colonel Stuart, can we have a word?
You can have two words.................
McClain? I assume that's you McClain. You're quite a little soldier. You can consider this a military funeral.Comment
