I can't stand her so I hope it's very few and far between at most.

Not many laugh-out-loud moments in this episode. Kinda meh overall.

I actually didn't really like this episode, it seemed like bad things were happening to everyone and in somewhat of a predictable way. Like with Mitchell at the new office, you could see it coming a mile away that he was misreading everything & it would fail miserably if/when he confronted the boss.

Phil on stage for example, does anything ever go well for him when he's in the spotlight? I guess Haley kinda saved it but that seemed odd, especially since she was roasting people she didn't know. I mean, I know they were Phil's jokes, but hearing them coming from a stranger wouldn't be very funny to me.

Then when Cam was being upstaged by the Spanish teacher, it kept going downhill for him, but at least he saved it for me when he ended up taking the "dance off" in the end.

Maybe I wasn't in the right mood

No I felt the same way. I mean I didn't read into the episode as far as you did, but agree that it just wasn't funny to me.

Usually I'm good for 3-4 laugh out loud moments per episode. Last night not one laugh.

Still love the show, just wasn't a fan of last nights episode.

Agreed…it was hilarious and one of my favorites of the entire series. I think it's odd that it was so funny and you didn't have one appearance by any of the kids.

Fantastic episode and I had the same thought, SF. Would have been better if the kids were involved.

When Stephen Merchant (Higgins) walks in a room I crack up. I was on the floor when he set up the dummy maid with the drink.

One of the best they have made yet. I was laughing so much I didn't even notice the kids were missing until later.

That's got to be the first episode ever where we didn't see any of the kids. Would be interesting if we see the opposite in a future episode.

LOL at Claire's reaction to the wedding cake topper.
