This isnt really a spoiler but just to be safe:

According to Brian Singer, XMEN The Last Stand exists in this movie's universe so that means Cyclops and Jean are both dead. With that said, time travel comes into play in this movie so its possible that this movie will undo everything that happened in the Last Stand.
