Anyone else find Universal studios halloween...

Horror Nights not that great? Overall, the wife and I had a great time at Universal Studios (Wet n Wild park, and transformers 3-d especially were nice) , but I think my expectations were a bit too high.

I'm thinking that the fact that the last time I visited a haunted house was when I was a young lad MIGHT have been part of the reason (last memories are of being scared ****less, but being older killed it?), but the main reason imo is that the production value wasn't as high as I thought it was going to be.

I've always had this big vision that Universal Studios was some big hollywood type production park and that was most certainly NOT the case. Thought I was going to see zombies walking around the park looking like they stepped straight off the set of the walking dead, not kids with rubber masks on ya know?

Maybe I didn't see the best haunted houses (or maybe they were all the same) as we only made to three of them out of the six or eight, Resident Evil, Evil Dead, and Havoc. Waited for over 45 minutes in each line and I just didn't have it in me to wait in line for the others. It was cool, just not anywhere near what I had envisioned. Anyone else been?
