    In your opinion..

    ... what were some movies you've seen that started with a bang, but ended with a whimper? ( I heard this on a local radio show and thought it'd be interesting.)

      Sunshine is the first one that comes to mind. The last 30 minutes or so were just one big WTF?!?!?!?!

                  The Grey - Loved the whole movie and the ending just made me say "really, that's it".

                                          I didn't literally mean EVERY King movie, but a majority of them for sure.



                                          I was okay with porous endings from him though and just got accustomed to it but everything leading up to the end was usually fantastic. I read a lot of his books growing up so I grew accustomed to it.

                                                  That was one of the first and favorite scary movies I've seen. Tim Curry was great in that movie IMO.
