"Changing the ingredients" would mean removing, retouching, or reshooting certain scenes (on top of any added scenes, of course). Then they have to be careful of people who have certain allergies. I'm allergic to peanuts, so they basically can't add things in there for me that would be lethal! Okay, stupid metaphor haha.

Seriously though, if people know my posts in here since seeing the film, then you know I didn't like BvS. However, I am willing to give the film another rewatch (as I did Man of Steel, or more recently Spectre), and one of my biggest qualms with the film was its pacing. Here's to hoping this addresses that, and it makes me see the film in a different light. I'll more than likely purchase it, but it might not be immediately.

Will pick it up digitally, but am only buying one version of it so it'll be the extended. The re-added scenes may help with pacing, but won't fix a lot of what ails this movie.

Oh I definitely don't think it'll be very good, I also hated this movie lol. Im just saying there's some things in it that could be done better with more time, the movie as a whole is a mess I guess im just hoping they can salvage something lol. I wish they could cut the stupid scene when they randomly stumble over the Justice League members.

We could just create our own version of the film and rip it to a BD-R, then! No hassle that way.

After hearing about how much was hacked in the editing room floor I knew DC/WB would be smart enough to release an extended/director's cut. Hearing how bad the theatrical cut was i'm hoping the extended version will flow better. We shall see when I watch it

                Thanks for the heads up.

Very excited for this. As much as I enjoyed the theatrical version, I'm excited to see what was cut and how it adds to the story.

Geoff Johns confirms the title of the Justice League film as yep Justice League. There had been rumored titles so he cleared up any misconceptions. http://www.comicbookmovie.com/justic...ebunks-a142306

Super excited to get the Ultimate Cut now. I really liked the theatrical version despite its flaws, but it looks like the Ultimate Cut improves it by a mile.

Going by this and other reviews, you have to feel a bit bad for Snyder not getting to release his version of the movie the first time out.

Ultimate Cut feels better paced, just a really long, slow to develop movie.

More than ever it feels like they should have split it into a Batman movie (something, something Vengeance) and then a Superman: Doomsday movie. Release one in the spring then the fall or something.
