    Download MP3s for PC use

The last time I played MP3s on my PC was when they were freely available to download on Napster years ago. I imagine most places these days are now pay to download?

Any suggestions on where I can download MP3 songs? I'm okay with streaming sites as long as they have an option to download music for offline use. I don't think streaming music while playing online head to head is a good idea.

Good music quality is a must. I'm going to try Google Play but don't know too much about it.

Google Music is 10 bucks a month and let's you download to devices do offline play (not PC though, just phones, tablets and such).

If you have Amazon Prime you get access to their MP3 library. Not sure about downloading for offline use on devices like Google. I do know that they too don't allow downloading to PC unless you own the album.
    PS: You guys are great.

Spotify. The best $9.95 a month you can spend. Works on PC too with a downloaded program. You can access via any Web browser as well.
