Did any one watch the flash TV show. I tried to watch arrow when it started bored after like 6 episodes and gothma I don't now want to think of yet.I have to say after watched the first episode of flash tonight I thought it was quit good. I like the guy playing the flash and the special effects where pretty good for a tv show and I am looking forward to next weeks episode. Way better then arrow. This flash show I think I am going to like though.

I enjoyed it very much. I love Arrow but I like the lighter tone of Flash. Did a could job with the origin story. Except for the changes made to the Iris West character and Barrys police mentor, but I can live with it. I quite enjoyed the pilot. Way better than Arrow's pilot, IMO!
I geeked out at the Crisis easter egg at the end. Imagine if they actually had all the DC heroes for such an event!Comment

There was already a Flash topic, maybe it could be merged with the other one that already had several replies. The Flash (Spinoff from Arrow)
I already saw the leaked version months ago but wanted to watch it again in HD and see if they improved the CGI effects.
I liked it. The origin story was well done, it had a lighter tone than Arrow which is nice and fits with Barry besides distinguishing itself from the other show, the CGI was better than I thought considering that the show doesn't have a huge budget, the easter eggs were interesting (Grodd for instance), and the episode didn't feel that rushed as I would've thought. Despite that, I didn't like the detective knowing Barry's identity in the very first episode and I didn't care for the villain although there seems like several main Flash villains will appear during the season.
Overall I was satisfied with what I saw and I'll definitely will watch the next episodes, I'm not expecting to be like Arrow (because I love that show, specially season 2) but I've faith that it'll be a good one (knowing one of Arrow's creatives is in charge of Flash).Comment

Very strong pilot episode. The maturation and development of Arrow as show over the last couple of years, will pay dividends on the The Flash as the writers and show runners can avoid some of the early stumbles in narrative and characterization that took place with Arrow.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Just finished it, felt very cheesey but its expected because of the lighter tone. It has a ways to go to catch up to Arrow but it has potential. And WTF, is the wheel chair doctor dude himself from the future?Comment
