I loved season 1 and really enjoyed season 2 (for the most part) but I never finished season 3.

Each season of AHS is worse than the last in my opinion. Season one was fantastic, two had promise, three sort of just happened and that was that. Won't stop me from watching season four though. Expectations however are low going in.

I agree. Season 1 was awesome, season 2 had its moments but not really very good, season 3 was pretty brutal with a lot of political undertones and going for over the top gore factor to get a reaction. The writing was really bad. I might watch season 4, but its not really on my radar. The first season had me anticipating every episode like it was a premier movie event.

I'm kind of the same way. Although I liked Coven better than Asylum. Maybe because Emma Roberts was in it. I have high hopes for this one. Seems like they can do a lot with the whole carnival aspect.

Eh. I liked all the seasons for different reasons. Mostly I liked they all had different tones. I will say asylum is in the bottom. Can't wait for the Freak Show

Nope. You can watch them in any order you'd like. There is no continuation from one season to the next. All new stories, all new characters.

Yes, Jessica Lange has been in all four seasons and has been awesome in them.

I actually fell asleep with about 20 minutes left

I thought it was okay... but I might have missed something good.

After the scene with the son and his mother wanting to buy the double headed freaks and they showed the clown on the marry go-round. Not sure how much I missed

For me it's been season 1, then 3 and then season 2 at the bottom. Loved the first episode...Twisty the clown though...have to get a picture of him for my Avi.

From the commercials I've seen the 2 headed lady...but was so weird seeing her at first in this episode. Will keep up with it on Demand cause I have Chicago PD at 10 on Wednesdays.

Twisty the Clown is ****ed up. I can't look away when he's on screen, but he just gives me the chills with that big *** grin-mask.

Kathy Bates' accent is driving me crazy. Its like Irish and Amish mixed, but I can't place it.

Its certainly been two entertaining episodes thus far.

Why would that lady invite the a clown into her house that looked that way?

I am looking forward to learning more about Twisty.

And they didn't have to kill that person like that. Just threw the body on the side of the road in front of the Freak Show
