I thought the whole episode was a little average outside of some moments, but the ending definitely kicked it up a notch to make it a good premiere.

I hope this isn't the end for her, but just setting up Ra's Al Ghul's appearance in the show as he brings her back. But I'm guessing he's the one that shot her.

Considering we saw her get shot, fall from at least a 4-story building, hit her head somewhere then hit the ground, she dead. Dead dead dead.

Wouldn't rule out flashbacks though.

That was Komodo, no Ra's.

Why would Ra's even shoot his daughter's girlfriend when she's back working for him again (which she explicitly stated to Ollie)?

Because Ra's is suppose to be on this season who can bring her back. But it's mostly wishful thinking on my part.
