I think you mean Deniro wwharton. In Heat DeNiro's ego and serious code of honor was his downfall not the woman. He could have had the girl and escaped but he chose to do one last thing out of his code that led to his plight.(I'm getting old so I may be confused..lol)


I don't think this show is bad but the way these guys are acting just doesn't make sense to me. How the hell did these guys manage to dodge prison for so long being this ignorant. I want to punch these guys in the head so much when watching them..lol. Like someone said earlier, Shawn gets a pass but Ghost and Tommy....nah man.. I think they may be pushing these relationships/storylines too fast because neither girl comes off as anyone I'd risk my life over. Don't know if this is the fault of the actors, the writers, or both.

Yep, you're right... if I'm gonna mix them up I probably shouldn't pick the movie they're both in, lol.

I still think you guys are giving criminals (and yourselves if you were in that situation) too much credit. Angela's his high school sweetheart and he's been a boss for years... two perfectly good reasons to get lazy and sloppy. Tommy's just not that bright. He's muscle riding Ghost's coat tails.

Either way, we are talking about a Starz tv show featuring 50 Cents so we probably need to be a bit more lax on reality than if we were say watching The Wire.

Thats what im trying to say. You cant be some of the haredest mofos alive, yet let some cat turn you into dummys. Usually when it come to kingpins, its either greed, or one of there soliders causing their downfall.

Then the show tries to justify each one of them going stupid over these chicks. Like Tommy's weird attraction to redheads, and the task force chick being Ghost's high school sweetheart, while his wife has been his day one ride or die. I can understand Shawn. He is young and naive. The other two are suppose to be to gamed for the crap they are falling for.

I'm starting to question how many street dudes you know fatleg lol. Dudes let women **** **** up for them literally all the time. Dudes have literally gotten killed sitting in the whip trying to get some from a chick that was actually setting them up.

You right. But it's usually dudes just trying to catch a quick ****. Not falling head over heels in love especially with a federal agent.

I'd argue that's mostly because there aren't very many if any federal agents walking around looking like Angela lol and if they are, they aren't working on cases with dudes the caliber of the Power crew.

This season is turning out very nicely. I legit don't want to wait for next week to see what goes down. I feel like Ghost really does have a plan for all this and if it's what I'm thinking, it's gonna be some crazy twisting ****.

So nobody got nothing to say about that Power episode? This finale is going to be bananas man. Poor Shawn. I knew when his dumb *** went back to Kanan he was gonna kill him for not getting that **** done with Ghost. Feels like Kanan snake *** about to try to pin that murder on Ghost. I was also wrong about Ghost's plan. I figured he knew what Kanan was up to and had already told young cat rolling with Kanan Dre (?), Ruiz and everybody and was having them play along with Kanan and then they'd all deal with him in the end. Figured that'd be Ruiz' seat at the table, letting him in on this grand plan to take care of Lobos and Kanan. Maybe that's how it'll still turn out next week, but either way, I'm excited to see what happens.

Yea i know shawn was done for as soon as he walked up to kanan. I was like why didnt you just leave.

I guess ghost relationship with the fbi chick, cant never remember her name, paid off for Tommy, but might backfire. Interesting to see how that plays out. I dont know why he basically admitted to being ghost to her knowing what she does.

Everyone turning their back on ghost even though he has the best intentions.

Shawn should've known that once you get involved in any part of the game, that you don't get walk away that easy from it.

And did ya'll know that the next episode appears On Demand at midnight going into Saturday? I ended up watching it before it came on Starz Saturday night.
