When I first watched the commercial, I thought it was a joke that the same actors were in a movie together like Olympus Has Fallen. Then I saw the title, heard the name "Mike Banning," and realized it was a sequel.
I only saw a commercial, but below is a trailer:

I wouldn't say that OHF wasn't all that out there with some of its stuff, but most scenes were held inside the White House. This looks to go more to the streets, like in a Live Free or Die Hard kind of way compared to the original.
No Antoine Fuqua, though. Call me skeptical, but I don't see this one being that good. John McClane has kept Die Hard alive; Mike Banning isn't exactly the same "underdog" and as lovable. It would have needed more to be where OHF is (which isn't super admirable to begin with), and without the right direction I can't say this will necessarily be a winner.
