Man that Tony Woo season was light years better than this one. None of the final four this year is all that strong a candidate to win imo. Seems like it will just be a popularity contest. Not many big plays were made outside of Tai.

I think the majority of the Final 4 think that they can beat each other, so they're content with not making any big moves.... well actually, I don't think there were really any big moves to be made after Scot got evicted. I thought that this season was pretty good up to that point, but the last few weeks have been kind of stale.
I really like both Aubry and Tai, but it's not like they're as likable as some of the Survivors from the past. And outside of Tai not giving his idol to Scot, neither have really had a big moment in the game. Also, the lack of a true "villain" has hurt, as well. Scot and Jason were villains, but no where near the level of someone like Russel or Tony and once Scot was gone Jason really didn't do anything.
I guess all of that combined makes for an average season, but since I like Aubry and Tai I'm still interested to see who wins.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Thinking today, my favorite survivor and my survivor hero has to be Chris from Vanuatu. He was the only guy left and single handedly went and annihilated the all girl alliance of like seven. For all the times guys get manipulated by a girl on this show, I have to say that I am relieved that there is at least someone out there that doesn't fall for that BS.NFL- Green Bay Packers

Syd and Michele have a better chance against Tai in a Final Three than they would with Aubrey...
If they're smart (and Tai doesn't blow it due to some perceived loyalty), they take Aubrey out next...
Also: neither Syd or Michele would stand a chance against both Tai AND Aubrey...Comment

So.....ya.
(3 months ago,my pre-season predictions)
Michele-just seems like a floater who won’t get much TV time
lol, Mark the Chicken at the final tribal. And Jeff acknowledging the chicken on his way out of tribal with the votes. Tai should've won for that alone lol. He outwitted, outplayed, outlasted the rest, while playing a game for 2. Who else on any season could ever get away with never letting the tribe eat a chicken.Comment

That might have been the most disappointing finale in my Survivor history.

I liked the craziness of a fire making challenge in f4 and the unique change in final tribal with that comp, though still wished it was f2. It makes final immunity most important. You're the one deciding who stays and who goes. The ultimate power position.
Though it was most underwhelming finals since probably Nicaragua. On that note, next season twist basically a combination of Nicaragua and the white collar, blue collar, no collar season. Not a good thing exactly. Both those 2 weren't that good. Both in my bottom 10 of all seasons. That Millennial vs Gen X thing just sounds stupid. And you know twists get abandoned after a month, so it'll basically be a season with stereotypical millennials and Gen X people, casted simply to fill a stereotype.Comment

I'm surprised Michelle won. She did win 4 challenges, but other than that, she just survived because no one saw her as having a chance. Aubry should have played up her controlling the game while loosing 2 allies for medical reasons.
Tai and that chicken. I wonder what happened to it afterwards. The chicken wasn't wild and had been living around them, so probably died quickly or was killed by the locals.

As far as Tai goes.. what was the deal with his final speech about some unintelligible proverb about friends that won't be friends later? Did he expect to win based on that?Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

How many times did Mark eat gross stuff they were afraid of? How many times did he alert them of dangers only to be misinterpreted as simply being a chicken cooing at the sun? All the med evacs this season could've been prevented had they listened to Mark,

Really surprised Aubry didn't win that. Must've been a bitter jury.Comment

Re: Survivor: Kaôh Rōng (Brains vs Brawn vs Beauty 2)
Only jury bitterness I could see was Scot/Jason towards Tai.
Cydney was with Michele, Julia was her friend in the game, Debbie was never on Aubrys side, and they all voted for Michele. Don't see any bitterness there.
If Neal stayed, he would've voted Aubry. Joe voted for her obviously too. Nick ended up voting for her as well. No bitterness for any of those votes either.
That would've been most suspenseful finish to any season. 3 way tie, heading into the final vote. Michele still wins(by vote of 3-2-2), so not like a bitter jury cost Aubry the game, but bitter jury did cost fans the most suspenseful moment ever on Survivor.
Didn't give Tai as much respect for his game though. Target from beginning cause of his idol chase. Was a big food provider for the tribe. Won individual challenges. Sure, he was a "villain" for part of the game too, but he still managed to be one of most likeable people of the season by fans and players, despite being on the "bad guys side", something not really possible without a good social game. And people criticizing him not playing the idol...He never needed to! The final tribal he could've played it,where he might have been in trouble, never happened(cause of Joe leaving)Last edited by Majingir; 05-19-2016, 04:12 PM.Comment

Do we know what the final vote actually was? I assume the rest all went to Michelle too, or maybe one to Tai that was irrelevant anyways.Comment
