Yeah probably. It's not obvious, but you can possibly interpret a big spoiler from it, and I'm sure there are some that would want to stay away from it.

Regarding the Season 7 clip

The blood on Rick's face. It's not there in the season finale from last season. I'm thinking that it comes from whomever Negan kills, as his bat is covered in blood during this scene, too. If that's the case, it means Maggie was killed as she's to the right of Rick during the finale.

These are just my thoughts and are by no means the actual happenings.
