So I realized I kind of hate how Netflix releases the whole season at once. I love binging the whole thing quickly, but it takes away from the suspense of waiting for the next episode, talking to people about the show week by week etc. Its all over too quickly.

It's hard, but you just have to exercise some self control. I play games too and only have a few hours most days to do something at night so it works out. Binge-watching shows just makes me lose details. I try not to do more than 1 or 2 episodes at a time. Something that also works for me is finding a second show that I may not take as seriously. For ex: Ballers, Vice Principal, Parks and Rec, etc. Shows that are good, but don't have nearly the same sort of suspense and build up that Stranger Things does.

Binging is better than waiting, but I do have degrees of binge-anywhere from 3 to 10 days. Come to think of it many wouldn't consider ten days for 8-13 episodes a binge.

New to streaming just dropped sat tv last year had cable for like ever. Surprised when I started Stranger Things when it dropped Season 3 to see all episodes up at once. Couldn't resist knocking them off in 2 days.

Blew through all the best older series the same way this year. Don't know if I prefer the way CBS handles Star Trek and The Good Fight or if I would rather have the entire season of the new shows available from the jump.
