Am I missing something about all this?

Evelyn only had parents, and both of them got killed due to HIVE. She idolized Black Canary and then dressed up as the Black Canary to try and get back at HIVE(and Green Arrow for leaving them in that building)

Yeah they used artemis' name who is also a DC character.

She was a young female version of arrow sort of in young justice (league)

This one is nothing like that although she has the same name and hangs with green arrow too

It's basically what would've happened if nothing happened to the Queens Gambit. Oliver never becomes the Arrow, his parents are both still alive, and he gets engaged to Laurel.

What a great episode! Cool to see all these old characters back, even if it's just for one episode only. Too bad we only got deathstroke and not Slade. And Tommy was only in it for that brief piece at the end? Maybe he's being saved for something else.....


None of this alien stuff makes any sense to me though.....

I've been playing catch up with Arrow all year and I'm finally up to speed having seen the last three episodes today including tonight's.

This one was OK, if it only slowed down Ollie's hectic life a little bit. His dual duties as a mayor and superhero can be exhausting to watch. Seeing Moira Queen only reminded me that she was sacrificed for the "greater bad" of Slade which wasn't a good trade off (IMO).

Supergirl's smiling face and exuberance is a sharp contrast to gloomy Ollie. She was a big plus in this episode.

I wanna see more Supergirl-Oliver interactions, cause they're so different from each other. Her and Barry are similar which is why they're like multiverse BFFs lol.

Great 100th episode for Arrow, ho-hum as "part 3" of a crossover. I do agree with one reviewer who mentioned that this "For the Man Who Has Everything" inspired episode worked way better than when Supergirl did it, just for the simple fact that Team Arrow has lost A LOT of people during it's 5 years. It makes sense that this would hit Ollie and Thea really hard.

And I really really really want Supergirl's earth to merge with the Arrowverse. She's too adorkable to be stranded on Earth-39!

I do agree with one reviewer who mentioned that this "For the Man Who Has Everything" inspired episode worked way better than when Supergirl did it, just for the simple fact that Team Arrow has lost A LOT of people during it's 5 years. It makes sense that this would hit Ollie and Thea really hard.

I thought it was a good episode, and a great moment when Thea came back into the fold. Excellent point about #100 versus "Part III".

I like Ollie a lot, but I wish his life would get easier and happier-maybe that's a lot of what #100 was about.

That device essentially makes this happen. She's not on their earth,but can basically go between the world's at will,so she might as well just be in a diff city in that case.

And who doesn't want a friend like Kara? Where do I gotta go to find people like that? She seems like the type of person who'd be awesome to hang out with in real life.

Mid-season finale tonight! Based on what has happened in mid-season finales in the shows history:
(shouldn't have to spoiler this since if you're watching S5,you should know what happened in past seasons)

S1:Malcolm revealed as the archer, Walter gets kidnapped
S2:Slade revealed to be alive, Roy gets injected with the Mirakuru and "dies", Barry becomes the Flash
S3:Maseo revealed to be alive and working for the LOA, Malcolm reveals to Oliver that Thea killed Sara, Oliver "dies" at the hands(technically sword) of Ra's
S4: Darkh revealed to the public as the leader of HIVE, Oliver proposes to Felicity, Felicity "dies".

Someone has to "die" in this episode, and some big reveal happens too. Or maybe the twist is that instead of someone dying, we find out a certain someone is actually alive, and that's the big revelation(if you've followed some of my spoiler tags in the past,you'll know what I'm talking about).
