My next door neighbor died last week at 57 of a massive heart attack. He had open heart surgery at ages 38 and 45, but after each procedure gave up on giving up beer and cigarettes. His wife told me in the last month he was down to a pack a day and 14 beers over the weekend.

Remember Carrie had a heart ailment that wasn't even diagnosed.

She also had sleep apnea, the same cause of death as Reggie White.

I think her brother summed it up best, all of the above contributed to Carrie's death.
