I'm already fast-forwarding in my mind to NY film critics going into the theater wanting (hoping) to give this a great review, planning their articles to focus on the political context of this film in America.

I enjoyed all 3 Ocean's films. Especially the 11 remake, one of my favorite films.

I'll be there to watch this, I also enjoyed the all female Ghostbusters move too though. I don't expect a classic every time I watch a film, if it entertains me for 2 hours, that's all I need.

I haven't seen the new GB yet, but this is my thought....That cast sounds pretty great, and I personally just enjoy the concept of the Ocean movies...ends up being a fun heist.

I'm not as picky as some people I think.

The Ocean movies were great movies?

Hollywood social and political agenda aside, they're only going to do something on the movie production end if they think they can make money. I know the female Ghostbusters was a bottom-line failure, because it was so expensive to make. In that case they guessed wrong.

No they were not great movies.
The last couple tanked and were horrible.
For that matter anything Clooney has been involved in lately has tanked and been horrible.

I'm not paying money to see Hollywood remake a bunch of past movies recast with minorities in lead roles so they can feel better about themselves and not have to take any chances And judging by box office receipts neither is the majority of America.

I have no issue with women in lead roles, or any other minority for that matter, but create new content, new stories and new ideas...

Quit trying to reboot everything again and again and again. It's just stupid.

My philosophy-if it sells it sells. Even if the target demographic makes less money than what a wide audience could generate it could still be profitable because of lower overhead.

Well don't mind me, in general I think Hollywood makes a lot of dumb choices. Like this constant idea they must remake The Crow. That movie is untouchable and most everyone outside of Hollywood knows it.

Could it make money? Maybe, although I sort of doubt it. I think whatever they will make, if they ever do, will end up being a failure.

But bottom line I just can't believe that this is what Hollywood has come to, and they wonder why they aren't doing as well as they used to.

People really want new experiences to take the time and money to go see a movie (that or a superhero movie, LOL). Enough with the constant remakes!

Then to actually compound the tired remake idea they try to remake things by changing out leads to make things more "diverse".

And no, just saying its a reboot is not going to fool anyone, lol...

Looks like it could be funny.

Really wish we lived in a time when a movie like this can just come out and be fun and not get saddled with media hype and expectations built on "see, women can do awesome things too" strawman posturing.

Could be a decent rental to watch with the wife. My main concern is Kelley from The Office being in this. Cant shake her annoying character out of my mind and was the one con about The Office for me.

I have no idea why, I cant explain it.
But I cannot watch movies with Sandra Bullock.
The sight of her annoys me, she really gets on my nerves.
I have tried but I have never liked her in any movies.
I think she is hideous.
With that being said I think Anne Hatheway is beautiful.
But I will be passing on this one because of Sandra Bullock.
