The lesser known films recommendation thread!

I've always looked for gems when it came to movies that people haven't heard about so figured I start a thread where people can share and recommend movies that are lesser known. Feel free to contribute.

Some lesser known films I recommend:

Frontier(s) - it's a French movie.

Sleepers with Kevin Bacon arguably playing the worst character in film history. Robert Deniro is convincing as a priest.

People have probably heard of these, but some of my favorite "lesser known".

Live from Baghdad - Good HBO movie with Michael Keaton about CNN covering the first Gulf War.

Tae Guk Gi - Amazing Korean movie about two brothers forced to fight during the Korean war.

Session 9 - David Caruso working as an asbestos cleaner in an abandoned mental hospital.

The Libertine - Johnny Depp in 17th century England. I like the way the film was shot, period piece.

Bubba Ho-Tep - Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis in a nursing home fighting a mummy. Great comedy.

I really need to check this movie out. I have heard some good things about it. And it actually takes place at a mental hospital near my hometown.

The Korean movie English title is Brotherhood of War. Great movie. I also watched Bubba Ho Tep.
