"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

I think next they identify that these are personalities in his head and start to devise of ways to contain them. They continue to say that it is David resisting when it is actually these other personalities.

Re: Legion (FX)
Great episode. It's cool seeing David use powers that he had no idea about.
I kinda wish I hadn't watched that Things to Know video. I understand things a lot more now, but I liked being in the dark and trying to figure out what was going on as I saw it.Comment

Haha. It's hard to chat about this show when it's a total mind ****."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Legion (FX)
Things are starting to take shape a bit I think. David's alters are making themselves more known and he seems to be understanding his psyche a little more. There's just a ton going on.
I think Sydney and the others are stuck in his mind/memory/whatever.Comment

The Expanse and this are 1A and 1B for me. In terms of the kinds of stories that I like, right now is the Golden Age of TV.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment
