    Superior Donuts (CBS sitcom)

    Does anybody watch this show?

I'm not a fan of sitcoms whatsoever (have really only tolerated Boy Meets World and GMW afterward heh), but I gave this one a shot and it's a very easy watch. It's not really funny, but it's simplistic and laid back.

Guy runs a doughnut/coffee shop in Chicago, there are a few main characters all who play a stereotypical personality (either through sitcom standards or otherwise)... but the real kicker for me is that pretty much every scene in this show is in the shop, so their creativity in story lines pretty much stem from the characters themselves, which is great.

Anyway, I'm by no means marveling over the show nor am I recommending people watch it. I'm just introducing it and wondering if anybody has tuned in before. I honestly only gave it a first viewing because David Koechner is on it.

I tried a couple episodes but probably won't go back to it. Search Party and The Good Place kind of knocked it out of my potential comedy rotation.

I love it. Makes me laugh consistently every week.

Hope they go away from every episode having to be a "lesson" and just have normal episodes but I don't think they will do that.

That said, it's still funny so I'm going to keep watching.

Caught up to the season finale. I was thinking it was going to be a "lesson-less" episode, but as it turns out it was just like the others heh.

I like this show so far. Also glad to hear that it's being renewed for the 2017-2018 season.

I'm glad too. Season finale had me laughing a lot as did the entire season.

The guy who plays Franco, Jermaine Fowler, has a pretty ****in' funny Showtime special. Forgot what it's called but I was laughing heavily throughout. Definitely worth a watch if you get a chance.
