OS Makes its Pitch to Hollywood

OS'ers, if you could pitch a movie/tv show idea to Hollywood, what would it be?
Who knows, maybe an insider will read and steal your idea and run with with it if you pitch it here.
I have a couple or three to start:

    1) This one may be 15 years late and past its prime but Seinfeld should have had a spin-off called Newman. Newman leaves NYC to work his dream route in Hawai'i. Kramer could get recurring guest status. Hilarity ensues.

    2) Tom Hanks needs his most epic and evil villain role, and it can only be directed by one man; Quentin Tarantino.

    3) A League Of His Own
Will Ferrell as a baseball manager of the Red Sox, is banned from MLB for betting on baseball AND fixing games. And caught with a dead teenage girl streetwalker.
    Spoiler
But he's actually not guilty as he's been framed by the hated Yankees. Set during WWII, Ferrell finds his only job opportunity is to break the color barrier and lead the worst team in the Negro League to the pennant.

anybody have any ideas they're willing to give to Hollywood for free?

    Forrest Gump 2

Basically, similar to the original, but with Forrest Jr taking us on a journey through history from I'd say around the mid-to-late 80's to current. Tom Hanks would take a role similar to what Sally Field had in the first one. I'm not sure who would be Forrest Jr's love interest, but I'm going with Selena Gomez.

I can continue, but if just in case anyone from Hollywood is reading OS, I would like to have a writing credit before going further.

Always had this idea about my mom growing pot because she is such a great gardener. She did our whole resort and thought she would make a fantastic pot farmer haha.

Cast someone who's always been looked as a goodie 2 shoes to star in role.

An old lady who went her whole life without a drink or smoke and all of suddens gets an illness. Tries everything but nothing works. Tries the good stuff and it becomes a life changing experience.

She starts growing it on her own and is a sevant at it. Her goal is not to make profit but to help sick people. This is where you can cast older hollywood actors and just have funny conversations during sessions.

The tone will be like an indie movie like Juno for example. You can probably have a stoner grand child or even a straight kid who's also a goodie 2 shoes as the co star.

Overall it'll be funny but tackle serious issues dealing with death, illness, and family.

Anyway that's the gist of it and would probably look at Merryl Streep, Jane Fonda, maybe a Sally Field for the role. Would have loved Betty White if she were younger.

For the grand child it could be any well known actor that was in a stoner movie before but is a great actor. Franco or Jonah Hill.

I actually wrote a crude screenplay for a Friday The 13th movie.

But I do actually have a good idea for a movie, but I'm afraid to post it because people will either laugh at me or steal it and make millions.

Was watching The Goonies some weeks ago and wondered why there was never a sequel or remake. Most of the actors are still active (Astin, Feldman, Brolin) and it would definitely make alot of money.

The thread title could totally be an Always Sunny in Philadelphia title.

Goonies would be great for a sequel. I wish the old TV show ALF would get a reboot.
I'd like to see ESPN do a tv show with the ''ripped from the headlines'' formula Law and Order used.

Speaking of which, here's my pitch:

                              It's Always Sunny in Mexico

The Gang has to flee the country due to the horrible things they've done and the law is now after them. Frank says he owns a secret estate in Mexico, where he has plenty of food, clean water, alcohol, and bangmaids.

Turns out, Frank and the Gang discovers that his estate has since become headquarters to the Mexican Cartel. Since he left it vacant all the time and hadn't been there since the 80s, the Cartel took it over and turned it into a drug mansion. They realize this too late, and the druglords capture them and threaten to kill them. Charlie and Dee, due to their coke selling experience, have unknowingly become world-renowned drug dealers; the Cartel, discovers this when running a background check, and forces the Gang to push drugs in Mexico City.

Dennis has his own sociopathic subplot where he becomes obsessed with the idea of becoming a God-like figure to a group of Mexican teenage girls. He sleeps with a few of them, which infuriates their fathers. Dennis actually kills a man and somehow keeps it a secret. He is possessed by the thrill of murdering someone and decides to become a serial killer.

Mac falls in love with a man named Felipe and has to battle his own fears of being a gay Catholic man. Dee also falls in love with Felipe and the two compete for his affection; Mac eventually wins, breaking Dee's spirit, but decides that Jesus would not approve if his forbidden love.

Frank and Charlie start a new trend with some homeless people, who they confused for trash hoarders/collectors, and make Nightcrawlers a cultural phenomenon in Mexico.

All of this ensues while Gang is on the run from U.S. law enforcement and while they're trying to sell a "spy" van full of cocaine for the Mexican Cartel.

Includes appearances from Rickety Cricket, the Waitress, the McPoyles, Mac's dad, the Ponderosas, and the Maniac's luchador son, El Maniac.
