Re: BEST (Character) IN (the) SHOW - THE OFFICE
I started off watching the office for the first few episodes because of Michael but Dwight kept me coming back for years.

Re: BEST (Character) IN (the) SHOW - THE OFFICE
I have to go with Dwight, one of the best characters ever. But the show had many side characters (the guys in the background) and although I can't have 2 picks, I'm still going to pick one - Creed. You don't see him much, but when you do - it's pure gold!
A side note: I always thought there was missed potential when they roasted Michael. Todd Packer should have been there. He would have stolen the show. Always wanted to see him more.Last edited by youvalss; 08-21-2017, 10:42 PM.My Specs:

Yeah, I found it pretty mehh when he became the boss. The only times it was ok was when Robert California was around. Andy was much funnier when Michael was still the boss.My Specs:

Once they got together it wasn't fun anymore. They matured, their personalities changed, they nearly became jerks.Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

Re: BEST (Character) IN (the) SHOW - THE OFFICE
I went with Michael as the show seemed to go downhill without his presence. His created characters for the sake of pulling the office together were great. On the fly quip/quotes too: "You must be this tall to ride the roller coaster" and "Easy, booster seat."
However, as you guys said, Dwight had his share of quotes/stories. Here's possibly my favorite:

Re: BEST (Character) IN (the) SHOW - THE OFFICE
I think Michael's arc was the most complete and most compelling. Sure, he was zanny, goofy, and went overboard with most things, but the character moments with him were always humbling and genuine.
I never really felt that vulnerability from anybody else save for Jim/Pam when they finally hook up or Jim/Dwight when Roy finally faces him off.
