When the rumors started a couple weeks ago, I didn't think it was actually possible.

As someone who thinks there should be regulation I feared this deal. Unfortunately this is going to go through without a hitch. There's an added negative impact to this deal that i'm not allowed to espouse upon because of politics but let's just say a certain orange skinned person is dancing for joy.

I don't think just saying who benefits from it is being "political". If I wanted to bring in politics I'd have said what I wanted without any filter but I apologize for that and will try not to do something like that again.

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that FOX owned Hulu, which meant that now Disney owns Hulu. And with Disney owning FOX shows, they wouldn't need to remove anything.

Disney owned 30 pct and FOX owned 30 so Disney bought thier 30 pct....so now they have the majority....Comcast and NBC have the other shares.
