Check this story out guys. Shows how shady Target employees can be. Was checking Brick Seek earlier and typed in the DPCI for the new Ad Icons at Target. It said one store in New Jersey had them in stock. I took a ride over there on my way to the Phillies game earlier. Get there and don't see them. Asked a girl working in electronics about them and she said they are supposed to have them but they are in "asset protection" because they can't be found or they "fell off the truck."

Was in the toy department with my son and overheard another employee talking about them to another employee on her walkie. She specifically told this other person that they are to tell customers they don't and won't have them. Guarantee it is just employees hoarding them for themselves. Ugh.

Yeah my Target has been showing in stock on brickseek since yesterday, yesterday they told me they had them in the back but couldn’t sell them yet per management, today I checked back and they said they never got them in, that they were supposed to be on Saturday’s truck but they didn’t come, told me next truck is Monday and they should have them then.

We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Report that to corporate. Not kidding, we had a guy get fired at Toys R Us for doing the same thing with LEGO sets back in the day.

Finally landed the ad icons, woke up to brickseek showing stock at all 4 Target stores near me (I live within 15 minutes of 3 of them) so I started with the furthest one out figuring I'd work back towards my house if that one was a bust. Get there and get to electronics, they confirm they do have them but they can't find the box, only two of us there at this point and they tell us they can call us if they find it but they can't hold them so no guarantee and they are limiting it to one per customer (not one of each), left my number anyhow and went on to Target #2. Get to the second store which is the one that has shown stock since Saturday, they said they checked but they weren't on the truck again and they wouldn't have them today. Onto #3, get there and they say they didn't get their shipment in yet either.

Not like that took much time, I got to the first store at 8:05 and was done at the third by 8:30 but still annoying how unorganized Target is with their exclusives. The 4th Target in my area is a 30 minute drive so didn't want to waste time driving out there for no reason, decided to call and ask if they had theirs, they said they did and they were just putting them out so I decided to go check it out expecting they'd be sold out by the time I got there, luckily they still had 3 of each left when I arrived and they were allowing customers to purchase one of each.

Have Carnage already and just found the last Hulk at a Gamestop I pass on my way home from work. Stopped in on a whim and he was on the shelf.
