Another order from Entertainment Earth and another damaged pop. I've now placed 3 orders with them and gotten 3 damaged pops. What is really baffling is they don't bother to ship them in sorters even when companies like Hot Topic and Box Lunch will. Am I just having terrible luck with them and others order from them without issue?

No issues for me. They do have a guarantee but not sure if they stand by it. HT has been great for me because they are shipping everything in sorters.

They do but its beyond a pain. I bought the black and white Marilyn Monroe for the wife and it came in damaged. Its been over a month since I sent it back to them for replacement and still nothing. Only answer they give me when contacted is to wait until June 3rd and if nothing by then I can call them again. So yes, they have a mint guarantee, but it almost comes across as an excuse to ship half assed and just fall back on the guarantee while assuming a lot of people won't even bother to mail it back as opposed to a sign that they actually care.

It’s weird how wildly different experiences go with pops, EE is almost always mint for me and the times they haven’t been they’ve stood by their mint guarantee. I haven’t had any of my replacements take a month though so I can definitely see the frustration there, has it been out of stock or on back order or something? EE is my go to for commons though since I have the best luck with them.

Hot Topic ships in sorters but my last 4 orders have been a sorter inside a plastic mailer bag and despite the sorter all 4 have arrived beat to hell, I’ve just stopped ordering from Hot Topic until the store in my area reopens and I can ship to store, in the meantime I just buy HT exclusives on Mercari, I would rather spend a few extra dollars to know it’ll arrive mint.

Anyone try and get that Dwight Schrute release in the shop today? Good Lord is the new website not built for traffic, spent an hour refreshing and still couldn't get it to populate the shipping. I find it unbelievable that they weren't prepared for the traffic as they know The Office line sells extremely well but guess this new site isn't designed for heavy traffic, can only imagine how bad it will be when they dump the SDCC releases on there.

It actually went live for 1 minute on Wednesday. People bought it then, but they haven't said what was happening. I kept refreshing today but had the same problem.

I hope they have 20,000 or not going to be happy having to pay flipper prices. They fired a bunch of people and spent unnecessary money changing the website UI that works worse than the old website.

Yeah I wasnt one of the lucky few to grab it then. That whole release yesterday was just a **** show and Funko took forever to even acknowledge the problem and say anything, of which they only commented on reddit and not their official Twitter for some reason. Good luck grabbing it whenever they decide to release again next week, I'm hopeful I'll get lucky and grab one myself.

Just got in my order from Gamestop of the exclusive Angela from The Office, albeit shes looking rather strange....

Clearly someone at their shipping center ****ed up, not even sure how they did so badly.

Pre-orders for these went up today but sold out quickly. They're supposed to be released in-store around 10/2.



I mainly just want the 2nd and 4th one.

Also, Ronald McDonald and Grimace spotted at Funko HQ.

Incase you missed it, Dwight with doll is going to be released during SDCC. The Funko site apparently was terrible during last weeks release, so there's probably no chance. It's the only thing I'm going to try to buy, so maybe I'll have a chance with others trying add SDCC items to the cart.

I'll be trying to get 2 at HT, Deadpool at Walgreens?, and Dwight Recyclops at Walmart.
