Latest haul. I did a buy and trade with my friend for the Power Rangers. I found the Target exclusive Mermaid Deadpool over the weekend so I picked one up for him too and agreed on $15 for all the Power Rangers. Somehow my Pandapool box now is bent and has a rip in the back when it didn't when I bought it. Would love to know how that happened.

My Power Rangers collection almost complete for now. Have the White Ranger and Alpha 5 coming on ebay. Also bought Cheerleader Deadpool, Iron Sheik, Baxter Stockman and Leatherhead too. Picked up 2 more baseball bat shadow boxes from the sale at Michael's. Gotta hang them still.

Is Ebay pretty fair for hard to find ones? I need to finish a couple series (TMNT and Ghostbusters), but what to start a couple (Power Rangers, Bob's Burgers, Monty Python). I did order the Princess Bride pops. Excited for those to come tomorrow.

I've gotten some pretty good deals on ebay. You can always view the price guides (Pop Price Guide and Stashpedia) to make sure you're getting a fair deal. I've had some decent luck with auctions. My advice is to download a sniper app (I use MyBidder), set it to my max and then let it do the work for me.

Also, you can get good "Buy It Now" Deals if you wait on an ebay sale. About once every month or so ebay will have a discount of like - 10, 15, and even 20% off of $x (usually $50-75) and the purchases don't have to be from the same buyer. Another good way to find deals is if you're okay with out of the box then you can really find some good oob deals, usually like 40-50% off of the guide value.

Mercari is another good app to use. It's similar to ebay but everything is "Buy it now". My wife and I have gotten a lot of our pop's off of Facebook groups but obviously those are riskier than ebay or Mercari but you do have some protections with paypal. The key for me is patience. If you're diligent and hold out for the right deal then it usually comes along.... well, within reason anyway.

I made my first "in-person" trade last weekend. I posted that I was ISO this in on of the larger national Funko groups on facebook and someone local had it. We ordered an extra flocked Carebear and I traded it for Ant-Man straight up.



Also, a couple of weeks ago I got a Target REDcard. The main reason was they have an Infinity War bundle coming out in August. Of course, 5% off and free shipping on everything is nice too. Yesterday, I got lucky and just happened to catch a restock of the Metallic Mermaid Deadpool bundle. I can't wait to get these in.

That one was an F.Y.E. exclusive in 2017. Trending value on it is around $30.

FYI - DeepDiscount.com is having a 15% off sale and has free shipping on orders over $25. The just have commons (some have a chance at a chase) but if you need some now's a good time to get them. I got four (pre-ordered The Lost Boys and got Vince Mcmahon) and they came out to $7.60/pop shipped.

Here's my proof of concept trial for adding LED lights to my display cases... I put a wood trim piece (that will be painted black) to conceal the lights from the outside, while lighting the inside.

I'll be adding a smart wifi controller too. Since I have that type of stuff laying around the house, lol. [emoji851] I may eventually do a themed background for each case too.

Just the standard cut-to-length
