On the GITD, do you have to use black lights? Usually a flashlight or just regular light works to make them glow for a little bit.


I should be getting my most of my shelves installed and need to look at lighting to add. I don't really want black lights, so need to test the glow with regular leds.

UV flashlights charge them up really quickly (seconds) and they hold the glow longer than they do with a regular flashlight. I think the blacklight would work better but I understand why you would prefer not going that route, haven't tried any kind of LED so not sure how that would do.

I have a small black light hooked up to my TV (where most of my GITD pop's are) however, I use the flashlight and it works great. https://www.amazon.com/Escolite-Flas...80528843&psc=1

Deep Discount is good as long as it's in stock. Haven't had much luck with any back or pre-orders.

I get the majority of my common's from Deep Discount. As FT said, they're great on in-stock items. With pre-orders you will usually have to wait a few weeks until after they've hit store shelf's. I have had some canceled on me. If it's something that I really want (Teen Wolf for example), then if I see it in a store I'll go ahead and pick it up and cancel it off of my DD order (and they're fine with that). Anything that says "back-ordered" I'd say there's a pretty slim chance that you will actually get it but you can certainly try.

First time ordering from Box Lunch. Picked up the three Hocus Pocus sisters and the 2018 SDDC Exclusive of Tina and Espresso (is currently marked $20 FYI). I need to post some pictures of my recent acquisitions.

The Tina one is bigger than I expected. I should have waited but got it for around $30. I didn't want it to sell out since the rest of the Bob's burgers exclusives haven't been as easy as the last 2.

My SDDC Box Lunch order came in great condition, everything in their own pop boxes. Not sure why all retailers don't ship them like that unless they ship them off the shelf.

Same here regarding Box Lunch, got all my SDCC Pops and no issues to speak of. I've ordered 5-6 times from them in the last 5 months or so and never had an issue with them showing up damaged, in fact same with Hot Topic as well.

Lastest haul from HT, kept refreshing for almost an hour trying to get Vegeta
