The original trailer they released looked really subpar, but the new trailer actually makes the movie look not only interesting, but good. I don't like the fact that they revealed what they did at the end of the trailer though. That's an awesome surprise that should of remained a surprise.

I will admit, i want to see the movie now!

Not watching any of the trailers, but boy am I excited they are making this! The new Alien movie was fantastic, and I can't wait how this one does.

I have always loved the Predator franchise and the latest trailers make this one look awesome. I even enjoyed Predators a lot as well.

We saw this. It actually was pretty good. The mix of action and comedy was IMO very well done.

Just recently watched this and I'm quite disappointed!! From tone to story and characters, everything about the movie fell short imo.

Starting with the Tone. It was too campy and humorous. The movie shouldn't take itself too serious but the tone of this one was all over the place and didnt match the script.

The original Predator movie was fantastic with its tone. It was a FUN action movie, Predators which came out several years ago with Adrian as the main character took itself too serious but this one was just a mess.

The group of characters we're given slide way too far in the campy humorous section. None of them took anything serious, the story in general was a joke.

I like Oliva but her character didn't make any sense, went from a scientist to a badass in mere minutes.

And truthfully not enough of the actual predator in the movie. The huge one towards the end was garbage!!! Visually and action wise.

I'm such a huge fan of the franchise and I felt like this one was just lacking everywhere. And that ending!!!!!

predator flees homeworld to come give humans weapon to fight predators only to kill humans he wants to give weapon to.

Like seriously WTF

So disappointed in the movie.

So basically it was 2K Predator 2 w/o the Morton Downie Jr.? If so, thanks for saving me the time. I think the problem with Predator spin offs, and Alien spin offs for that matter, is the surprise element and novelty past the first ones are gone..... even despite some of the campiness in the first Predator (the handshake, etc.), it was largely a serious sci-fi/horror and had good entertainment value. The great thing about the original Predator (and Alien) was the reveal.... actually double reveal when the mask came off.

Yea so disappointing. I was actually planning on seeing it at the movies but when I heard the ending falls apart I decided to wait for the blu ray. It's in all seriousness not even worth that. Like you mentioned the first movie had some campyness but it knew it was a fun action movie with a mysterious villain. This one was so humorous, it took any sort of consequences out of the movie.

I'm not going to deny it's a hard thing to do an to make a sequel to a movie like Predator in this current day, but it's not impossible to.

I'm a huge Predator fan. I really wanted this to be good. It wasn't. Not even close.
