BB doesn't kick people out. Only times they have are for things like drunk weapon threat, destroying BB property on purpose and physical altercations. Nobody in US has been removed for things they've said, though I see the UK version being one which has ejected people for that.

At best, JC is gonna be gone in double eviction, probably 2nd half of it.
They could easily have him removed and I'm shocked no one has done it. With what he has done, say you want a police report filed and a restraining order.

    End of game for him.

I'm shocked Haleigh hasn't done that, it would get rid of a problem for the house, may save both of them as they don't want to get rid of double eviction.

    Solid personal and game move.

I think we know why that hasn't happened.
If Brett had done the things that he has done and acted like him.
He would have been removed from the house.

JC has been in trouble all season with production. The stuff he has done over the last two days have been terrible but still don't come to comparison with what he did earlier in the season.

Apparently production has spoken about it but won't do anything unless Tyler comes forward and says something.

Isn't that(what BB is doing) basically the definition of being a bystander?

They are basically allowing sexual assault to happen or whatever the law would classify his actions as in California. Plus the peeping and opening the bathroom door.

With the metoo going on and legal usually handling things that could open them up to lawsuits, I guess there is no requirement to report a crime you videotaped and then sent all over the world.

Them streaming it could open them up to federal crimes since it is going across state lines.

I really don't know how they cleared it unless Tyler hasn't made any statements that he didn't want him to do it on camera.

                Re: Big Brother 20

It's nothing new though. BB just dusts whatever they want under the rug and moves on like nothing happened. Only acknowledging something if it blows up in the media.

As for episode talk, that was best case scenario. Fessy goes and Scottie returns. Even funnier seeing Fessy fail when he had a big(pun intended) advantage in that comp. He was like inches away from his tube and still missed his shots. Now THAT'S Kaitlyn 2.0.

Speaking of BB not acknowledging something, notice how they cut the feed when Scottie was talking about Bayleigh? And immediately after returning you see all HGs in panic mode being like "You're not supposed to talk about that!". I think we all know what he was talking about.

                  I mean really?
Or opening up a bathroom door? I mean who hasn't pulled pranks on their friends like that?
I don't like what he is doing, but it is really a CRIME?

What kind of friends do you have.....

Going into someones bed while they're sleeping and touching them isn't ok.

Opening a bathroom door on someone (especially in this case with it being a male doing that to a 21 year old female) while also having a camera pointed directly at that very door is also wrong.

Using an ice cream scooper on guys as well is wrong.

I didn't think JC was to blame for the whole Bayleigh stuff, he had no intention of being disrespectful, but stuff he's actually doing in the house isn't ok.

You apparently did not live in a CO-ED college dorm like I did.
All of these were happing everyday! lol
Well maybe not the ice cream scooper, but the rest um yeah.
Again I do not agree with the things he is doing, just don't think they are crimes.

He also touched Rachel (I think).

Opening the bathroom door by mistake is not, but doing it more than once and knowing someone is in there, plus then refusing to close the door.

Then getting into someone's bed after they already told you not too, touching them, kissing/licking him, etc is definitely a crime. If Tyler was doing that to a woman in the house, he would be gone. It's JC though, so he gets away with it.

Sure stuff happens in college, but when you do stuff on purpose and the other people have told you to stop, it becomes a crime. It may not lead to jail time, but yes a crime where he should be removed from the game and charges filed. The guy has been warned, hasn't stopped, has said he doesn't care what they say and will continue to do what he wants. He probably does this stuff in life and gets away with it because of the social aspects of his life.

Am I wrong or what but there's 4 weeks left bc the finale is Sept 26 so don't they have to do 2 double evictions? Or am I doing the math wrong?

If I recall, there is usually an un-televised final 4 eviction to get to the final 3 houseguests. Then the “most important HOH competition of the season” begins to see who wins and then they take their pick of who to go to the final vote with. So likely there will still only be one double eviction.

There will be 1 double eviction. I thought it'd be this upcoming Thursday but looks like BB changed things up. This has to be latest we've had a double eviction.

It’s always funny to see players try to make these late game final twos and threes. Once the game gets down to an alliance eating their own, it’s about winning comps. Only the dumbest players choose who they are aligned with over the best chance to win in the end.

Everyone is willing to break those in order to win. It’s why Fessy’s plan was so bad. They are both good competitors who also have a stacked jury house. There was nothing “good” in the deal Fessy made. It was super ash to break.

Now you have Brett and Scottie trying to latch on to people. Those dudes need to win comps to have a chance. Period. And really, so does Tyler. Who the heck wants to sit next to him? The endgame is always about winning comps to be the decision maker.
