Man Beaten Up Outside Theater After Spoiling Avengers: Endgame to Fans

I clearly don't wish him poor health and feel that anyone who was involved in beating him should face repercussion, but he certainly got what was coming to him and is not immune to being the instigator in this. Let this story be a PSA to others who are inclined to do the same.

I'll never understand what kind of rise people get out of doing things like this. I left my classroom for a moment during passing period on Friday, only to return and have one of my students erasing something on the board, saying a kid came in and wrote a spoiler on there. I gave her twenty bucks as thanks and told her to enjoy the movie.

No fn kidding, that last act was so good, probably the best hour in the MCU.

I saw it twice (6pm Imax 3d, 2am Dolby) and enjoyed it both times (taking advantage of that AMC movie pass). In my 6pm showing the entire theater went crazy throughout which was a constant distraction. Fortunately though the 2am showing was much more respectful. Also, that was my first time seeing a movie in Dolby, and I gotta say. Damn that picture is nice.

I loved the movie, and I thought it was a fitting end to the saga. Part of me was a bit disappointed we didn't get more action, but then I can also appreciate the buildup of everything leading into the epic final confrontation. Side by side I think Infinity War was a better movie, but the way this one closed out the saga was very fitting.

Regardless, this movie and this MCU saga was one hell of a ride. Hard to believe we've been following these characters for a span of 22 movies over 11 years. I remember my first exposure to the MCU was watching the first Iron Man while on a plane to Japan to study for a few weeks in college, and even on that tiny airplane screen I was instantly hooked to the movie, the character and the entire MCU going forward. Tony Stark's character was perfect for sparking the MCU, and it was fitting that he would be the one to bring it all to the end.

As fitting as it was though, the MCU is going to miss Tony in a big way. There are some great actors/characters still around to carry the torch, but to me Tony/Robert Downey Jr. carried the franchise over the last decade (taking nothing away from Cap, Thor or the others as they were just as vital to the franchise, but imo Tony was the lynchpin). I don't see anyone left who can fill those shoes in the way Tony did, and I'm okay with that. I'm looking forward to more MCU movies, but I would not be upset if End Game ends up being the end of the "epic" stories within the franchise. Let the MCU Phase 1 team's final hurrah kind of just be it.

That was pretty amazing. Good laughs, good emotional scenes, good action.. it was the whole package for me.

So at the very end, when Peter is back in school, is that current time or is that 5 years in the future? If it's current time, how did they get back? Did they go back off-screen after the Iron Gauntlet?

Id assume it's after the events of the movie. They explained earlier that time is linear and there is no changing the past.

The way Ned acted when he saw Peter made me think everyone remembered the Decimation. But the more I think about it, Ned's reaction was just because Peter left the bus in Infinity War and that was the last time he saw him for a couple days (timeline wise). But all the heroes definitely remember everything that happened.

I don't know, man. Time travel gets weird when you involve memories of stuff that happened in the future.

What happens with the 2012 Loki that gets the tesseract?
How does Steve return the soul stone?
Doesn't Steve mess up the timeline when he goes back to 1945 and stays there?

But I enjoyed the movie so much that I'm fine with ignoring those issues.
