    Winners versus First Evictees

Of course, that gets complicated this season. Is Reem the first evictee, or is it Keith. Or is it Keith and Wendy?

Quitters should never return. Jeff felt bad for Colton the first time (he was literally only one) and Colton 2nd time just quit again. Med evac or personal leaves is one thing, but should be no tolerance for quitters (Keith and Wendy technically quit)

I'd rather a season filled with only 1st evictees over 1st vs last theme. Does francesqua get 2 entries into the season lol.

If its just a tribe of winners, maybe Sophie,Kim,Denise,Natalie,Sarah,Ben,Wendell,Cochra n,Tony,Adam or something? More recent winners, but not sure if past ones like Parv,Sandra,Yul and others would care to return. Richard obviously won't be returning.

Even runner ups tribe would be nice.
      Angelina,Tasha,Chelsea,Dom,Ken,Brad,Spencer among others.

I'd like to see a season with all players that had to be evacuated. Second chance for all of them.

A number of them have returned already after their medevac season, or were returnees already.

David and Wentworth gone in same episode! That's it. Next season I'm picking my least faves to win and rooting against my faves. Reverse psychology.

Probably shouldn't have watched this episode after watching a major GM4 playoff loss.

Talk about kicking me while I'm down.

The rest of the players are terrible. They also got scared off after the merge and flip. Now they are just trying to lay low and get back into a group. Wardog is going home at some point though because he is going to piss off too many people and he has already made everyone loyal to no one.

How is Wardog so bad in challenges? I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone as bad as him. I keep thinking he's purposely losing all of the challenges and has been sandbagging along, so that he looks so damn weak. Then once it gets to around 5-6 people left he's going to be like "just kidding" and dominate the rest of the way. However, I don't thing he's that ballsy or smart.

Pretty much all of my favorite players are on the Edge of Extinction now. I'll probably be rooting for whoever comes back. Hopefully, Aubry or Joe though. I like Devins, Lauren and even Aurora, but the rest of them are meh for me (Wardog included).

Joe looks like Captain Jack Sparrow sitting over there on the jury.

                        Now Wardog too!

Outside of Devens and Lauren, does anyone else remaining have a legitimate reason why they'd make a decent winner?

Past few seasons I've felt have had underwhelming winners and/or seasons as a whole. Some were good seasons but just underwhelming winner, while others were abit of both.

                          Re: Survivor: Edge of Extinction

                          I should've known better.

I started warming up to Ron in this episode, he gets voted out 40 minutes later.

Jury clearly wants Devens to win (so much for jury being "quiet" and "here only to observe"). I hope so too, but will he even make it to the end?

For me, the worst F3 of remaining players are: Victoria, Julie, Aurora. Even Gavin winning I find would be underwhelming.

But based on preview for next week (which is final episode before the finale):

I read a spoiler on what S39 theme will be. It somewhat connects with S40, but it sounds both weird and fun at same time:

Rick already had a big enough target on his back and the jury so openly rooted for him hurts him even more. At this point, anyone outside of Rick or who ever comes back for EoE winning is likely to be disappointing to me. Maybe that will change with the last part of the game still ahead of us but man they really took out all of my front runners as some as the merge hit.

That's a bittersweet part of Survivor. Big moves and blindsides are great to have, but then it leads to an ending where the winner isn't so good because all the good players were taken out. That's what made Game Changers not as special for me. Season as a whole was great, even if my faves were all taken out pre-jury. But then having Sarah ending up being the one who won(she played a good game, I just never liked her), didn't make it feel as rewarding in the end.

                              As for next season:
