Anyone else noticing a slow down in YouTube lately when making a selection? This is up to and including just stalling out. Admittedly I've only tried it on Opera.

Same here and I have tried using Chrome Edge Firefox and good old Internet Explorer. Forget which one but one doesn't even support any sound. Slow to load on all of them and the mouse disappears constantly. Not my internet connection and I have only experienced this problem the past year or so. Didn't used to have any problems. Got 2 HP desktops and they both have the same problem. Might very well be Windows 10. 8.1 seemed more stable to me. -
