Tim Conway has passed

Conway helped make The Carol Burnett Show the success that it was. You could say the team of Conway and Harvey Korman (who you know from Blazing Saddles) were one of the great comedy duos. He was probably better known as the Dorf character, but I always thought his best stuff was on the CB Show.

Here's an outtake from a recurring skit they used to do. Apparently there would be bets on how long it would take before he'd make a certain cast member laugh during rehearsal, especially Korman:

A true comic genius. I'd heard that he was so sick to the point that he couldn't talk anymore so he's in a much better place now.

Loved his stuff on Carol Burnett and the movies he did with Don Knotts.

When I was a kid I watched the carol burnett show reruns and loved his humor. He will be missed

Conway and Corman were great together but I love Tim with Don Knotts in the Apple Dumpling Gang and the Private Eyes
